Which legal entity operates the service
Nirevantis GPT is a trading name used by the company that owns and operates this website and the associated client platform.
The operating company is the entity you contract with when you accept our Terms of Use and open an account. Its full registered name, its legal form, its registered particulars and the identity of the group it belongs to are set out in the client agreement you receive at onboarding, and are supplied on request through the routes described in the "Requesting documentation" section below.
Given that corporate organisation, registered details and operational arrangements may be updated from time to time, we have chosen not to display them as permanent information on this marketing site. The definitive versions are contained in your client agreement and the documentation suite provided to you; in any instance where this page differs from those documents, the documents shall take precedence.
Group companies and service providers
Certain functions - technology hosting, payment processing, market data, customer identification tools - are carried out by specialist third-party providers under written agreements. The categories of provider we use, and the way your personal data is handled by them, are described in our Privacy PolicyWe do not make provider identities available on this page.
The regulatory framework we work within
We describe here the type of obligations that govern the service, rather than naming authorities or quoting reference numbers, which belong in the formal documentation.
- 01
Client identification
All accounts undergo verification procedures prior to being activated for trading, funding or money withdrawal, conforming with the KYC and AML procedures outlined on our KYC & AML page.
- 02
Financial-crime prevention
Sanctions and risk screening, ongoing transaction monitoring, internal escalation procedures and record retention for the periods required by applicable law.
- 03
Handling of client money
Client balances are recorded separately from the operating funds of the business, and payouts are returned to a verified instrument in the client's own name.
- 04
Fair and clear communication
Costs, spreads and any applicable fees are published in your account and on our pricing page. We do not promise specific returns, and all promotional material carries a risk warning.
- 05
Data protection
Personal data is processed on a defined lawful basis, retained only as long as necessary, and protected by access controls and encryption in transit and at rest.
- 06
Complaints handling
A written internal complaints procedure with acknowledgement, investigation and a substantive reply within the timeframe stated when your complaint is logged.
Where a jurisdiction imposes stricter local requirements than those above, the stricter requirement applies to clients resident there.

Procedure for obtaining corporate and regulatory records
Clients, prospective clients and professional counterparties may request our corporate and compliance documentation. We provide it on request rather than publishing it openly.
What can be requested
- Particulars demonstrating the registered entity and its corporate structure.
- The applicable client agreement and the fee schedule in effect for your specific account.
- A summary of our AML and client-identification procedures.
- The complaints-handling procedure and escalation route.
- Data-protection information relating to your own personal data.
How to make the request
- 01
Write to us
Use the contact route on our contact page. Write "Regulatory documentation request" as your subject.
- 02
Identify yourself
State whether you are an existing client (and give the email address on the account) or a prospective client, and which documents you need.
- 03
Receive the pack
Responses to requests are delivered within the period specified in the confirmation message. Certain documents may be given in partial form where they include sensitive proprietary information.
Documents are sent to the verified contact details on file. We cannot send account-specific documentation to a third party without your written authorisation.
Regulatory and compliance questions
Queries pertaining to our regulatory standing, our conformance procedures, or matters requiring higher-level review must be submitted via the compliance pathway instead of standard support.
How do I raise a compliance question?
Send it through the contact page and note it as "Compliance". If applicable, supply the email associated with your account, and outline your enquiry in brief form.
How do I make a formal complaint?
Submit using the identical pathway and label the communication "Complaint". You will be given a receipt confirmation, a case reference and expected response duration. Should the resolution prove insufficient, the communication will identify alternative escalation avenues open to you.
How can suspicious behaviour or brand misappropriation be reported to us?
Use the report abuse page. Impersonation of Nirevantis GPT in messages, adverts or cloned sites should be reported there so we can act on it.
Are institutional or press enquiries handled here?
Yes - send them through the contact page with a clear subject line and they will be routed to the right team.
